[Video | Action for Goldenrod City]
Mar. 19th, 2012 04:05 pm-right! Okay, you got it, Bell? [ There's a cheerful chirp in response as the video comes alive, with Xion's face almost too close to the feed before moving away. She nods in satisfaction down on the feed. Somehow, someway, she's got her Gear strapped to her Togekiss, and Bahamut the Garchomp is standing off to the side with the widest, most draconic grin he can muster on his face. It's clear from the surroundings that they're on some sort of roof, probably the tallest building in Goldenrod. ]
Hey, everyone. [ She waves, and one could just feel a sense of exuberance and excitement from the girl as she glances at Bahamut. ] I just found something out, something I really want to try. And maybe... maybe it can help somehow.
[ With that slightly vague statement, Xion runs up to her 7' Garchomp, who bends low to allow Xion to climb on top of his back, with her rear pressed up against his large dorsal fin while her hands find their way around his long neck. At this, the feed moves with Bell as she takes flight, flapping her wings and waiting for a signal. Bahamut gets this look of concentration in his gold eyes as he faces the railing at the very far end. ]
Bahamut... Go!
[ With an amazing burst of speed and a roar of exuberance, Bahamut goes at full sprint across the roof, gaining speed with each passing second as Bell tries her best to follow. Bahamut spreads his arms out as he nears the railing, and Xion presses her body close to his when he takes a large leap up and over the railing of the roof-
It's like watching a jet take off. Let's also not forget that Garchomps fly at the speed of sound.
Xion lets out a whoop, briefly throwing her arms out as she flies on top of Bahamut, who's positioned his body properly to fly as his body can allow. Note that there's no saddle, no object that looks to be a parachute on Xion's body. Just her old Organization coat, with the ends of the coat flapping wildly in the wind. Hope this doesn't weird people out if they see her, Bahamut, and Bell trailing behind up in the early afternoon skies of Goldenrod.
Yup. Someone just found a very convenient form of transportation. At least within a city. ]
[ ooc: It's been noted time and time again, and shown, that Garchomps can fly at the speed of sound, or just fly, but not really learn the HM Fly. The way I envision is that Garchomps can only drift and such, like a jet, but not move from town to town. Yup. ]
