[ The feed opens up with some very excited chirping that can only come from a Togekiss. The feed shifts and bobbles, but finally settles on one Xion lying in bed, who looks to be finally stirring awake. The more Xion moves, the more chatter from Bell emerges and finally, with a faint smile appearing on her lips for only a moment, her eyes open groggily. Due to Bell's cries, her eyes immediately move to her and the Gear, blinking blearily for a moment. ]

It's... what time is it...? [ She moves to slowly sit up with a groan - wow, her body feels so sluggish - before reaching for the Gear. A few button mashing here and there, and... ]

Ah! It's late! And the date...! [ In her surprise, Xion is trying to scramble out of bed, but due to the fact that she just woke up, she only succeeds in flailing and falling off her bed with a thud. The Gear clatters to the floor, yet amongst Bell's worried chirps, there's a faint sound of laughter coming from Xion. ]

I slept for that long... But... [ Bell flies over the Gear, most likely to Xion. ] It's okay, Bell. I'm okay. I was... home. I need to talk to a few people, and--

[ And then her stomach rumbles. Very loudly at that. There's a long pause, and another soft laugh follows. ]

... but I think I can do that after I eat.

[ There's the sound of Xion shuffling to her feet, the Gear is picked up and closed. ]

[ Action ]

[ And true to Xion's words, Xion could be found in the Breeding Center's kitchen several minutes later cooking some very tasty pancakes. Surprised? Well, it's not like she did talk about her other hobbies, anyway... ]

Really? That's odd; I had a question for him myself, and... he did give the right answer.

Sounds like we had a lot of the same experiences while we were snoozing.

[ The focus is on Riku. Not on her cheeks.

She tries to think on that for a bit. Hmm... ]

Do you think it's because of our connections? That we're connected to Sora?

[They can do both!]

That thought did cross my mind. I thought from what Sora said that my heart got separated from him, but it doesn't seem that way.

[ No, they can't! ]

[Of course they can]

Yeah. He told me once that Kairi's heart was inside him too for a while, and when he freed it, he probably lost track of mine.

It's something he worried about at the time, but...I know for sure I was with him while he was dreaming.

[ Nope!

When he freed it... ah, right. She remembers those times. Although... that does bring up some interesting thoughts to her. Roxas and Ven look so much alike, and Roxas is Sora's Nobody...]

Hmm. Do you think... it went back to him at some point? Your heart, I mean.

[Yup!

Ven has considered some of this, though he's only suggested his connection to Sora led to Roxas and Vanitas looking how they do]

I know it did. When the darkness was flooding into him, I could feel it, and I lent him my armor to keep more from getting in.

[ Hop off it, Ven! You won't win!

She blinks at that, remembering that moment. She shivers a bit, looking uncomfortable. ]

So that armor was yours? It helped, but... that moment was really scary. It was so dark.

[Oh, he will endure. Just watch him]

You could...feel that darkness too?

[ She nods slowly. ] I'm sort of used to the darkness; I've used the Corridors many times.

But that moment felt like I was gonna be swallowed up. For good, too.

I know what you mean. There's only one other time I've felt like the darkness was going to close in around me like that.

When was that?

The last fight Vanitas and I ever had.

Hey, it's okay. My armor worked a lot better than it did back then.

I'm glad I could do something for Sora this time, even if it was only a little thing.

It was still something. I think it may have stalled the darkness from taking over fully.

I'm just glad Riku was there to put a stop to it.

Yeah. I know if he's there, Sora will be okay. He's helped out when people needed it most.

[ Like her, even if she initially didn't think about it like that then. ]

They're both pretty good at things like that, for sure.
