[ The feed snaps open, with the Gear facing towards the ground, and what looks to be a... mouth? Indeed, it looks like a certain dragon's just gotten even more mischievous. The Gear dances, it twirls, and jumps!

[ And Xion, sometimes glimpsed upon the feed below, is trying to chase after her wayward dragon. At least she's moving around enough despite her condition, showing that she did, at least, listen for the most part of recovering. Still- ]

... Enough. Stop that. [ There's an edge to her voice, a slight strain to hide it, but then-- ] Bahamut!

[ Screech. The feed stops, but Xion's quick sputter and scramble from her outburst, and the feed is freed from Bahamut's mouth. She takes a brief moment to clutch her side for a moment, but she turns to the feed with a slightly exasperated smile. ]

Sorry about that, he was just really excited. [ She takes a moment to walk, sit upon a bed and let out a breath before turning back to the Gear. Then a Garchomp's head slowly eases back into the feed to gently nudge her under her chin, sort of as a way of saying "I'm sorry"? Xion laughs just a bit and strokes the top of his head as a way of accepting his apology. ]

Seems like I'm going back to Goldenrod. I think now... Now I'm ready to face the Gym leaders. It's been over a year now. [ Pause. ] Get the Badges, beat the Elite Four, then... what? What else is left for people? For those who are already more than halfway to getting all of the Badges... what are you going to do?

[ Sounding a bit frustrated here. Another bad night? Maybe. Maybe. And after a moment of staring down on the Gear... ]

Well, I'm talking about fully restored castles! You can't have a party in a run down place! What happened to the castle anyways? Was it an earthquake? [ She bets it was an earthquake. ]

[ordalias]

I don't think so. They were being swarmed by monsters and constantly under attack.

[conduit]

[ She sighs. That means the property values must be so low! ]

That isn't a high class place to hold a high class party then! I mean, if you're constantly being mugged and your home keeps on getting destroyed how can you throw a party?! [ XION DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PARTYING?! ]

I... I don't think that's really it. I don't think they could help getting attacked. The monsters could get into any place if the world's walls were weak.

[conduit]

Well, yeah, of course! You described a really hostile environment! I was just saying it doesn't count as a super classy environment!!

Couldn't that be dependent on someone's personal tastes, though?

[conduit]

Well, yes, but I'm not sure if anyone would find a decimated castle that's constantly attacked by monsters as classy?

Maybe if it wasn't, it would be. It was a pretty large and elaborate castle by itself, too.

If it was fully repaired I bet all of the really nice cushy parties would be held there~!

[ordalias]

Yeah. I hope it has gotten better.

[conduit]

I'm sure it has! Anything you touch seems to improve, Xion!

[ordalias]

[ Pffft! Blush! ] C-Come on, Rangiku. That's really exaggerating things, don't you think?

[conduit]

No, I don't think so! It seems wherever you go or who you talk to, people are happy! I'm sure one day that castle will become restored and it'll be so pretty and you'll have all the classy parties up there!

[ordalias]

[ Blinks. ] Thanks, but... I wouldn't know. But maybe in the future, they'll be saved.

[conduit]

I'd think so! In the end, the future always seems to be brighter than the past!
