Is... Is this thing on? [ The video feed shows her picking up the PokeGear and lifting it up closer to her face as she scans it curiously. Shakes it a little before letting out a small sigh and her finger comes up to press more buttons, and she blinks, as a minimap appears on the screen. ]

... "the world of Pokemon." [ She frowns a bit. ] But what am I supposed to do? How am I even... here?

[ Her expression dissolves into a thoughtful as she continues to scan the map, a dot on the map indicating her position. Then she looks off to the side, to the road nearest to her, before turning back to screen. ]

This thing doesn't seem like it'll give me answers... [ Reaches up to slowly turn the PokeGear off. ]

He's going to pick up a friend of his, so it just worked out that way. His name's Cecil, and I think his friend is Edward.

[Pause] I just want to make sure everyone's safe. I...I don't want to lose anyone else

How will I know who Cecil and Pence are?

Uh, Pence is wearing a sport's jersey and he has a Rhyhorn, which are really big rock pokemon. Mr. Cecil's tall and he has long white hair.

[ Stares at the drawing. She's more interested in the fact that they're able to send pictures to each other before focusing on the actual drawing. Can't really make a comment on the art skills because, fff, she doesn't have any? ]

[ Takes a moment to swerve the PokeGear to show her Cyndaquil on the ground, looking up at her. ] This one.

That's a...cyndaquil, right? It's a fire type it'll keep you warm.

Cyndaquil... [ Tilts her head. ] I gave him another name.

Cyndaquil's just the name of the pokemon, kinda like dog or cat.

What did you name it?

So a species, then? [ A pause. ] Just how many are there?

Hm. Axel.

[Shrug] A lot? It's almost like I see a new one everyday.

[He pauses at the name]

...You knew Axel to? We were all friends, weren't we?

We were. [ To her, at least. Even if, by now, Axel might not remember and Roxas is struggling to. ]

[Roxas nods. He really is trying to remember but...there's nothing]

I named one of my pokemon after him to.

[ Smiles. ] Wonder what he'd think about our choices.

Yeah. I wonder about that to. I don't think he'd mind though.

[Pause, considers telling her about Lea, and then decides not to.]

He might not mind, but I can see him think that our choices could use a bit more... well, something more that he would want.

[ Starts to laugh softly, but it quickly dies down. For all that she's happy to interact with Roxas like this, she can't help but feel that things have... changed. No matter how hard she tries to hide it. ]

They haven't evolved yet. Once they get tougher, I'm sure he'd think they were cool.
