Axel can learn such a thing?

He might. Avenger could learn it and he's a Ghost-type, while my Arcanine knows Flying- and Ground-type attacks.

Really. And when you use a HM, the disc even repairs itself.

Not one bit. My whole team even spent hours discusssing which ones they'd like, before asking me to buy them.

How do you get money here, Cecil?

The Pokémon Centers and Pokémarts both offer work, as long as you are willing to stay for a few days. The pay is low, but it's enough. You'd earn a better salary with the Centers, unless you aim for the Department Store.

Work... Right. I should try some of that after I've recovered.

All the work we're allowed to do is rather simple, and I think they have adapted schedules for teenagers.

That's good, although, I'd have to check with Roxas on how long we plan to stay in Olivine.

It'll be fine as long as you stay five or more days. Less than that, and the officers tend to be upset.

I've been doing quite well, thank you. Now that three of my Pokémon know Fly, I've been able to travel quickly as needed.

Fly?

It's an attack certain Pokémon can learn after earning the badge in Cianwood. It gives them the strength to fly long distances with human riders.

That's useful. Although, it'd probably be a really long while before I can have any of my pokemon do that... [ Also need to find a pokemon that can learn that. ]

It might not take much time if someone leands you the HM, but the badge from Violet is also necessary to make it work properly, for some reason.

[For trainers, at least.]

Why's that?

...I have no idea. Some parts of this world still make little sense to me.
