[ Guess who's finally awake! And also staring and blinking at that Ninetails staring back at her. Preeeetty sure that's not her pokemon. Bell, on the other hand, is chirping happily and flying around in circles. There's a roar outside. Despite all this noise, Xion notices the seashell by her pillow and picks it up, staring.

Still, despite not knowing what happened, Xion's staring at her hands, then uses her free hand to pat her face. ]

As they enter the inn, he ushers her ahead. ] Do you want to talk about it?

[ He can't promise to be much comfort, but he's always willing to listen. ]

[ She walks in, but his question slows her down a bit as she thinks about it. Would he understand? Oh, she remembers those looks she gets whenever someone sees her and compares her strongly to Kairi. Leon's proved he can be trusted, but still... ]

[ He gives a steady glance. The inn's kitchen is a shared one, so no promises on anyone coming in, but as far as he knows, no one of their mutual acquaintance cooks, so they're safe. ]

[ Nods. She's going to go take a seat, though, because she just isn't up for standing much now that they got here. ]

[ He bends to peek into the refrigerator, pulling out two eggs and some cheese. ]

[ Smiles a little for a moment, then her gaze drifts down to her hands on the table. How to start this... ]

[ He pauses, glances back at here, level and contemplative. ]

[ He cracks one of the eggs over the edge of the bowl. ]

[ His mouth tightens at the mention, but he doesn't turn away from his task. He whisks in some milk, and the cheese. ]

I thought that was Roxas' job. [ Admittedly, the details were a) throuh Sora and b) hazy to begin with. ] How were you a 'failure'?

Because I didn't complete the task I was created for. [ Notably, she actually sounds a bit proud of herself on that note. A bit. ]

[ He glances over his shoulder at that, brow arching. He fires up the gas on the stove. It makes sense--Kingdom Hearts opening is something all the worlds would have heard about. But then, that means... ]

A lot of things happened. [ Which was true. ] But then... I had to make a choice: me or Roxas. I didn't want to hurt him further.

[ His mouth tightens. Someone's gotta teach this girl to look out for number one more. He's happy, suddenly, that eggs don't take long to cook. As they sizzle in the pan, he fishes out a plate and a fork for her. ]

That still doesn't explain why you look like Kairi.

Like I said, I'm a Replica, my existence was to copy the Keyblade power from Roxas, from Sora... but I was absorbing too much. Through Roxas, Sora's memories were poured into me... the strongest of them being Kairi.
