Is... Is this thing on? [ The video feed shows her picking up the PokeGear and lifting it up closer to her face as she scans it curiously. Shakes it a little before letting out a small sigh and her finger comes up to press more buttons, and she blinks, as a minimap appears on the screen. ]

... "the world of Pokemon." [ She frowns a bit. ] But what am I supposed to do? How am I even... here?

[ Her expression dissolves into a thoughtful as she continues to scan the map, a dot on the map indicating her position. Then she looks off to the side, to the road nearest to her, before turning back to screen. ]

This thing doesn't seem like it'll give me answers... [ Reaches up to slowly turn the PokeGear off. ]

[ She blinks in surprise, but his first words make her stop and pause to think about that. She's alive, yet she shouldn't be, same with Larxene, Marluxia; Naminé and Roxas haven't "merged" with Kairi and Sora respectively...

Um...a guy named Pence also showed up in New Bark Town. He's from Twilight Town, and he's a pretty good guy so you could maybe travel with him.

[He's kind of worried] I've also asked a friend to keep out for you. He's headed in your direction.

[ Nods to all of the first instructions. ] Pence. Got it.

[ Blinks. ] A friend? You didn't need to do that, Roxas.

He's going to pick up a friend of his, so it just worked out that way. His name's Cecil, and I think his friend is Edward.

[Pause] I just want to make sure everyone's safe. I...I don't want to lose anyone else

[ A bit of a pause of her own, but she eventually nods. ] Okay. Thank you, Roxas.

How will I know who Cecil and Pence are?

Uh, Pence is wearing a sport's jersey and he has a Rhyhorn, which are really big rock pokemon. Mr. Cecil's tall and he has long white hair.

[ Stares at the drawing. She's more interested in the fact that they're able to send pictures to each other before focusing on the actual drawing. Can't really make a comment on the art skills because, fff, she doesn't have any? ]

That's a...cyndaquil, right? It's a fire type it'll keep you warm.

Cyndaquil... [ Tilts her head. ] I gave him another name.

Cyndaquil's just the name of the pokemon, kinda like dog or cat.

What did you name it?

So a species, then? [ A pause. ] Just how many are there?

Hm. Axel.

[Shrug] A lot? It's almost like I see a new one everyday.

[He pauses at the name]

...You knew Axel to? We were all friends, weren't we?

We were. [ To her, at least. Even if, by now, Axel might not remember and Roxas is struggling to. ]
